Three players finished with double-digit kills to lead the No. 2 BYU men's volleyball team over No. 13 Lewis University, 3-0, at the Smith Fieldhouse in Provo on Saturday night.

The Cougars won 25-22, 25-16, 25-14 to avenge Lewis' five-set win on Friday night.

Ben Patch and Taylor Sander led BYU with 12 kills each, while Russ Lavaja added 11.

Gymnastics • Megan Bain won two events and finished second in another as the BYU women's gymnastics team defeated Utah State 194.075-189.425 Saturday in Provo.

Bain won the balance beam with a score of 9.900, won the floor exercise (9.9825), and finished second on the uneven bars (9.850) behind teammate Haylee Rollins (9.875).

BYU's Raquel Willman won the all-around (38.950), ahead of Utah State's Paige Jones (38.800).

Skiing • Utah's Jeremy Elliot placed third in the giant slalom at the Denver Invitational at Winter Park, Colo., finishing with a combined two-run time of 2 minutes, 0.85 seconds. Montana State's Michael Radford (2:00.03) won, followed by Denver's Tevor Philps (2:00.80).

Utah's Miles Havlick (53:50.4) finished second in the men's 20-kilometer cross-country race in the University of Colorado Invitational at Steamboat Springs, helping the Utes move up to fifth in the team standings.

Tennis

In Provo, BYU's Patrick Kawka defeated Utah State's Sven Poslusny 6-3, 6-1 in the No. 1 singles match as the Cougars beat the Aggies 7-0 in men's tennis. The Cougars also beat Weber State 7-0, as Spencer Smith beat Todd Fought 6-3, 6-2 in the No. 1 singles match.
