An officer who was serving an eviction notice in Salt Lake City got more than just a heated response from the woman getting the boot.

Police say the 35-year-old woman used pepper spray to assault a constable, a type of officer who serves eviction notices and other civil actions.

Salt Lake City Police were called after the incident, and the woman initially refused to leave the residence on the 200 block of 400 North. But police say that she eventually opened the door and was arrested.

She was booked on suspicion of assault on a peace officer, resisting an officer and obstruction of justice.
