Search volunteers

I love living in a community where more than 1,000 people selflessly donate their time to search for a missing girl ("Police looking for missing Utah girl," Tribune, Jan. 10).

As a search volunteer, I am grateful to area businesses. Home Depot of Riverton donated coffee, hot chocolate, ponchos and hand warmers. Chick-Fil-A of South Jordan, Little Caesar's Pizza and Walmart all generously donated food for the searchers. Smith's and Mountain America Credit Union donated bottles of water.

Thank you! I encourage my fellow citizens to also thank them for their support.
