Pad Ga Prow was the first Thai dish I learned to cook at home, so I consider myself the connoisseur. Bon Appe Thai doesn't skimp on any of the key ingredients: herbaceous Thai basil, garlic and chile. Staple vegetables such as onion and bell peppers have a pleasing "just cooked" crunch, and if you choose chicken, the restaurant uses ground, which adds an extra meaty component to the dish, helping sop up all the delicious sauce.
