This week, the GOP members of Congress return to Washington, D.C., from a retreat that featured a course on "Successful Communication with Minorities and Women."
The average age of members of the House is 57, and of senators, 62. Considering that, how is it that these adults must spend time learning something that they should have learned during their teen years, if not earlier?
