An owner at a cosmetic supply store in West Valley City was accused for a second time Wednesday of groping a female customer.

According to a warrant issued in 3rd District Court, Huong Ngoc Giang, 62, allegedly harassed a woman on Dec. 29 while she was shopping at Lee's Nail Supply, 3460 South Redwood Road, by touching her breast, patting her cheeks, kissing her and grabbing her around the hips while she walked throughout the store. According to the warrant, Giang was out on bail after being accused of similar misconduct, which also involved a customer inside his store.

Giang was charged in September with one count of sexual battery, a class A misdemeanor, for allegedly cupping a female customer's breast when she asked him a question. Giang repeated this action a second time with the same customer. Giang posted a $3,700 bail amount in that case and pleaded not guilty to the charge in November.

Tuesday's warrant alleges two additional charges of sexual battery – one a class A misdemeanor and another class B.
