What do you call it when law enforcement decides the constitutionality of laws instead of the judiciary? (Hint: it starts with "police" and ends with "state.")
Congratulations to the Utah Sheriffs' Association upon joining the villainous, anti-democratic company of the sheriffs of the Jim Crow South.
