There are all sorts of music stars on The Grammy Awards on Sunday (7 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2 - a one-hour tape-delay). And that's always an entertaining show.But ... Downtown Abbey (8 p.m., PBS/Ch. 7) is wrapping up its third season with a two-hour episode, and there's all sorts of things going on.I don't want to give anything away, but just make sure you don't miss the final minutes.
