Input sought on recycling • The city is considering starting a curbside recycling program and wants resident feedback. A public hearing on the issue is slated for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at City Hall, 910 S. Mountain Road.

Grand opening • Clearfield Community Services is hosting the 7th annual Clearfield Challenge 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament on Monday, Feb. 18, and is open to youth ages 10 to 18. Teams, made up of three or four players, must register by Feb. 15. The entry fee is $60 per team. Teams will be grouped by division and each team is guaranteed three games. The tournament will be played at the Clearfield Aquatic Center, 825 S. State St., beginning at 9 a.m. Registration will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
