Snow College to present new music degree program with jazz concert

As a junior college celebrating 125 years in education, the Snow College Horne School of Music will present its first Bachelor of Music in Commercial Music degree program during an open house in the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center lobby, to interested students along the Wasatch front.

The open house will feature Snow College's partnership with the Juilliard School and give individuals an opportunity to meet current students and faculty from the program.

The open house, on Saturday, March 29, at 6:30 p.m., will be followed by a night of jazz by vocal solois Alicia Olatuja backed by the Snow Jazz Ensemble and the Juilliard Jazz Orchestra.

The night will close with a meet and greet of the night's performers.

The Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center is at 138 W. Broadway (300 South) in Salt Lake City.
