Product • MegaFood One Daily Supplement bottles, sold by Sprouts Farmers Market, Vitamin Cottage, Whole Foods Market and other natural food stores nationwide from June 2012 to October 2012 for between $39 and $90.

Problem • The packaging is not child-resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The supplement tablets inside the bottle contain iron, which can cause serious injury or death to young children if multiple tablets are ingested at once. Consumers can contact FoodState d/b/a/ MegaFood toll-free at 866-234-2668, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, or by email at productintegrity@megafood.com; or online at www.megafood.com, then click on "Read More" in the Safety Notice section of the page.

Vehicle • BMW 2011 1-Series ActiveE passenger vehicles, manufactured Aug. 17, 2011 through Dec. 19, 2011.

Problem • Due to an insufficient sealing of the drivetrain housing assembly, there may be a lack of grease lubrication on the gear shaft that transfers power from the electric motor to the transmission. Over time, the connection between the electric motor and the transmission may wear, possibly resulting in a sudden loss of vehicle propulsion. This could increase the risk of a vehicle crash. BMW will notify owners by telephone, and dealers will inspect the drivetrain connection and update the sealing system. Any worn electric motor gearing will be replaced. Owners may call BMW at 1-800-525-7417 or email BMW at CustomerRelations@bmwusa.com.
