Utah athletic director Chris Hill made an unusual decision by suspending swim coach Greg Winslow before charges had been made in a case that described his alleged sexual abuse of a 15-year-old girl in 2007 while he was in Arizona. Now, Hill has gone a step more and announced Winslow's contract won't be renewed in June. Winslow, who was indefinitely suspended a week ago, will remain on paid administrative leave until further notice, the school announced. "Our swimming and diving program is an important part of our athletic department and we are invested in its future," he said. "We will begin a search for a new coach immediately." Richard Marschner, Utah's diving coach for the last three seasons, is serving as interim director of the program and first-year assistant James Winchester will serve as the interim swim coach. - Lya Wodraska
