This week's episode of NCIS (7 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2) features Gibbs' barber. Now in its 10th season, it's the most-watched the show on TV, averaging a whopping 22 million viewers per week. That's more than the fading "American Idol" and more than "Sunday Night Football."And get the idea out of your head that "NCIS" is only watched by older viewers. It's not true.
