SKY, formerly The Sky Lodge, is celebrating the spring season with special offerings for the St. Patrick's Day and Easter holidays in the heart of Historic Park City.
Two new food and beverage spots, Table One and Tavern, invite locals and visitors to mark these occasions with seasonal offerings. Sky Blue will continue to host après ski festivities on the weekends.
St. Patrick's Day will be recognized Saturday and Sunday at Tavern, where British-inspired cuisine meets contemporary American pub trends. English Chef Ashley Chapman will offer a $16 shared appetizer board that consists of emerald eggs, beer-battered tender stem broccoli, house-made spiced soda bread and sharp cheddar and Guinness dip.
Tavern hours are 11 a.m. to midnight with food service until 11 p.m.
Table One is offering a buffet-style Easter Brunch on Sunday, March 31, for $25 per person. Offerings will include a carving station, quiche, eggs with tomato, basil and mozzarella, dessert and more. Hours for brunch are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. For reservations, call 435.658.9425.
SKY is a full-service, all-suite boutique hotel with ski access via the Town Lift and Ski Bridge to Park City Mountain Resort.
