I am a career person with 30 years of experience who has been out of work for more than a year. I am disappointed in The Salt Lake Tribune.
Recently, my 86-year-old father's newspaper was not delivered. I called "customer service" and found myself speaking to someone out of the country. I couldn't understand the individual.
If it wasn't that my father enjoys reading the newspaper, I would have canceled his subscription. It is a travesty to outsource our newspaper's circulation department when so many here are in desperate need of employment.
Very poor service. Shame on The Tribune!
