Product • LED light bulbs, sold by Lighting Science Group

Problem • Lighting Science Group is aware of 68 incidents of product failures, eight of which were accompanied by visible smoke or fire conditions. The incidents include damage to light sockets; melted fixtures, burned rugs, carpet and floors; and damage to a circuit and to a lamp. There have been no reports of injuries. Consumers should immediately remove the bulbs from sockets and lamps, and contact Light Science Group for replacements.

Vehicles • Ford 2013 Focus, C-Max and Escape

Problem • The left rear-door child lock was built incorrectly. As a result, it may not engage when the operator uses normal force to activate the lock.
