R&R Barbecue opens in Salt Lake City

Twin brothers Roger and Rod Livingston, who have been smokin' the competition during sanctioned barbecue events for several years, have opened a new restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City.

R&R Barbecue, which is also the sibling's competition name, is located on the corner for 300 West and 600 South in the spot formerly occupied by Hayai Zushi.

R&R's menu includes smoked ribs, beef brisket, pulled pork and chicken A two-meat plate starts around $12, hamburgers are $9. Sides are $2.75 each and include potato salad, coleslaw, smoked barbecue beans, onion rings and deep fried okra
