Crews respond to car vs. horses crash in Tooele County

Tooele County police dispatchers confirmed late Saturday night that emergency personnel were responding to a crash between a car and some horses that were in a roadway.

The accident occurred at about 10:20 p.m. on State Road 138, which is about 10 miles north of Tooele.

A dispatcher said the crash was at mile marker 13 between Stansbury Park and Grantsville.

There were four people in the vehicle, but not everyone was injured, the dispatcher said.

No information about conditions was available, but the dispatcher said at 11:10 p.m. that there were no fatalities reported.
