Enjoy the sunny weather while it lasts because it'll be going away for the next few days.

The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City is forecasting a 60 percent chance of rain or snow in northern Utah. The chance of snow continues through Wednesday.

Moderate snowfall accumulations are possible from the central mountains to the Uintas, the weather service said.

Only light snow accumulations were expected in the adjacent valleys and across northern Utah.

The storm is expected to arrive Sunday night, bringing snow to elevations as low as 4,600 feet.

By Thursday, temperatures will start to head back up. A high of 50 was forecast for Thursday in Salt Lake City.
