Product • SuperCube 2000 Powered Subwoofers, sold by Definitive Technology

Problem • An internal failure with the subwoofer's level input jack (RCA jack) results in a shock hazard to users. Consumers should immediately stop using the subwoofer in the theater system and contact Definitive Technology for a replacement. Call 800-228-7148 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, or visit online at www.definitivetechnology.com and click on "view the recall notice on select SuperCube 2000 models" for more information.

Vehicles • Ford 2012 Taurus, Lincoln MKS and 2013 Explorer

Problem • In the affected vehicles, the fuel tanks may have a marginally sealed seam on the side. As a result, the fuel tanks may not provide the expected strength in the event of an impact. The tanks may also leak. Ford will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the fuel tanks and replace them as necessary, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin April 22. Ford's recall campaign number is 13S03. Owners may contact the Ford Motor Co. Customer Relationship Center at 866-436-7332.
