Beginning this Sunday, Cafe Rio Mexican Grill will begin opening three more of its Utah locations on Sundays.

Restaurants in Taylorsville, Hunter and American Fork will operate from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Locations in Tooele, Spanish Fork, Logan, Vernal and Park City already are open on Sundays, as are all Cafe Rio Mexican Grills outside of Utah.

"We're excited to open three [more] of our Utah locations," said Bob Baker, president and CFO of Cafe Rio Mexican Grill. "We've received this request from our customers for some time now. Our hometown loyal customers are very important to us, and we want to meet their needs."

Cafe Rio operates 23 locations in Utah and 60 in the western U.S., Virginia and Washington, D.C.
