Red Butte Garden members are now able to buy tickets for the summer concert series, but if you went online, you found this message:
Online system is down due to heavy traffic. Please call 801-585-0556 or come by in person to purchase tickets. We are working to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I have a report from someone who waited two hours to get tickets at the visitor center. And if you have tried calling, you'll likely find a busy signal.
