Henry Walker Homes CEO on top young builder list

Colin Wright, CEO of Henry Walker Homes, has been named to Professional Builder magazine's list of top young professionals for 2013.

With its 40-under-40 class , the publication annually honors young leaders from across the nation who have demonstrated leadership qualities, technical skills, community involvement and a commitment to strengthening the homebuilding industry. Wright is 32.

"The characteristics that make Colin successful are his passion, commitment and focus," said John Stubbs, president of Henry Walker Homes. "Colin gives 100 percent of himself to his many endeavors and leads by example by demonstrating a great work ethic. In the last few years, he has seen opportunity where others have seen problems."

Founded in October 2009 and based in Centerville, Henry Walker Homes has grown to 76 employees and 24 sales consultants, with more than 3,200 lots in Utah and Colorado. The principals of Henry Walker Homes have been in the homebuilding industry for more than 30 years.
