Utah State softball coach Carissa Kalaba resigned Monday after four seasons and a record of 63-151.
"It has been an honor to be a part of the Aggie family these past four years," Kalaba said. "I appreciate the athletic department understanding and supporting my personal reasons for leaving."
Utah State went 22-60 in Western Athletic Conference play during Kalaba's four seasons, including going 5-16 with an eighth-place finish in 2013.
In Kalaba's first season at Utah State, in 2010, the Aggies went 20-30, the program's most wins since 2005. In 2011, USU finished in fifth place and advanced to the WAC Tournament for just the second time.
