Telling it like it isn't

Wow! I find it amusing (but sad) that the news media take the responsibility of making our decisions for us. They tell us one side of the story and then excuse the things we may find offensive.

For example, the situation about the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. How are we personally ever to know the truth when all we hear is excuses by the media that President Barack Obama could not possibly have done anything wrong? Then we hear that any type of questioning or criticism is only because the Republicans are making things up.

Will there ever be truth in reporting? If Obama actually killed someone, I suppose many in the country would find him blameless and offer excuses because of what they hear in the media.

Does the truth even matter any more?
