New Draper aquarium gets food service deal The Living Planet Aquarium will be partnering with Minnesota-based Lancer Hospitality to provide food service and catering at its new aquarium attraction under construction in Draper, set for opening in December. The new space will include a cafe and banquet facilities, as well as gallery space for formal and informal catered events, including weddings and corporate outings.
