Wind and rain cease, double rainbow settles on Salt Lake City

A blustery, wet Wednesday evening in Salt Lake City ended calmly and beautifully with the appearance of a brilliant double rainbow. Winds had picked up to about 40 to 50 mph in the area, according to the National Weather Service, even knocking out power to about 1,000 residents.
