Excellent gourmet tacos powered by the restaurant's made-from-scratch tortillas are the core of the menu at Tortilla.bar in Orem. Two tacos come to an order, but the fillings change depending on what's local and organic and the kitchen's creative mood. On any given night, guests might get to choose from the fabulously juicy Niman Ranch pork pibil tacos or the decadently rich avocado tacos with lush Utah goat cheese.
