Kamas • When Gabriel Morin and his wife, Betty, officially open The Mirror Lake Diner on Friday, May 24, the walls will be adorned with nature photographs taken by Oakley photographer Charlie Lansche.

The images will be enhanced by leaf sculptures by Ed Wittrock, an artist from Samak

Using local art was an idea that emerged when the Morins put their heads together with Katie Stellpflug, the owner of Artique, a small, independent boutique at 283 N. Main St., Kamas.
