Take a black-white lesbian couple; the biological child of one; their adopted Latino twins; a troubled girl right out of juvie; and an ex-husband. Add in a whole lot of complications. And you get "The Fosters," a new family drama that — despite its oh-so-diverse cast — is a lot like a lot of shows that went before. Except that Jennifer Lopez is an executive producer.
