Teen Wolf (11 p.m., MTV) is the best supernatural teen show since "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."OK, there haven't been a whole lot of supernatural teen shows since "Buffy," but this one is still very entertaining. As Season 3 begins, a new wolf pack wreaks havoc on Scott's life.Also tonight, it's the premiere of The Fosters (10 p.m., ABC Family, which features a black-white lesbian couple; the biological child of one; their adopted Latino twins; a troubled girl right out of juvie; and an ex-husband. And there are a whole lot of complications. It's a decent family drama that - despite its oh-so-diverse cast - is a lot like a lot of shows that went before.
