Instead of Jazz screens

Re "Utah Jazz, Miller family to enhance sights, sounds at arena" (Tribune, June 18):

If the Utah Jazz is interested in enhancing my "fan experience," it could do the following at a lower cost than installing new, state-of-the-art big screens:

1. Have straws that are long enough for my large Diet Coke. Last season, concession prices increased and the straw size decreased.

2. Do not admit children over age 2 without a ticket — follow your own rules. It is not uncommon to see four butts in two seats. My "experience" would truly be enhanced without a 5-year-old on a parent's lap or standing up.

3. Stop the insipid halftime entertainment. How many NBA teams have school-age kids performing at halftime?

4. Figure out how other small markets put together a winning team. This certainly would boost everyone's "fan experience."

I have been a season-ticket holder since the arena opened, I have filled out every online questionnaire and signed my name and number, but I have yet to receive a call acknowledging my concerns.

Are you really interested in my fan experience?
