Cartoonist's Note: While I take time away from drawing to organize the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists convention, I am featuring the work of some attendees. Steve Kelley is one of America's foremost conservative cartoonists.
Not content with possessing a sly cartoonist wit and movie star good looks, Steve writes and performs comedy. He was a seven-time guest on the Tonight Show going back to Johnny Carson and has opened for Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfield. He also coauthors the award-winning comic strip "Dustin" with fellow editorial cartoonist Jeff Parker.
And there's more. To begin to appreciate the full measure of Steve's talents, here is a good place to start.
You can see him on Saturday, June 29, when Steve will help emcee the "Cartoons and Cocktails Gala" at Little America.
