A Magna boy missing overnight was found alive and well late Thursday morning.

Unified Police spokesman Ken Hansen confirmed the boy was all right, having reportedly spent the night at a friend's house without telling his parents.

Hansen said that 10-year-old Miguel Isaac Garcia had ridden his black and orange BMX-style bicycle to the area of the Magna Library on Wednesday afternoon. He was last seen with several other boys leaving the area about 9:30 p.m.

Garcia did not return to his home near 90th West and 3100 South, and police were notified about 3 a.m. Thursday that he was missing, Hansen said.

The boy was located at the apartment of a friend late Thursday morning, after several hours of door-to-door searching by police and others.
