Woman killed in SR 125 crash identified

A woman who died in a crash along State Road 125 on Thursday has been identified as Jill Hintze, 57, of Oak City.

The crash occurred about 7 p.m. Thursday near mile post 14 when her southbound vehicle drifted off the left side of the southbound lane and into a culvert.

The impact launched the vehicle into the northbound lane, where it rolled several times.

Hintze was wearing a seat belt, but the impact propelled her out of the vehicle.
