Finca unveils seasonal menu
For the summer, Finca has launched a new lunch and brunch menu. The restaurant also will start serving Sunday dinner.
The lunch and brunch menu will focus on bocadillos two-or-three-bite-sized baguettes filled with Cuban pork, Serrano ham, pickles and mustard for the cubano, or wood-grilled veggies with chevre, romesco and arugula in the verduras, among other choices.
The restaurant has also launched half-priced pintxos, or small bites, from 3-5 p.m. daily, like the albondiga, a lamb and pork meatball, and piquillo, a crostini with red pepper and smoked pork.
For Sunday dinners, the restaurant will offer a $25 tasting menu to celebrate Spanish barbecue, using the asador or wood-fire grill to roast artichokes and Pleasant Creek Ranch tri-tip steak.
