Spare us Utah-BYU hype

Re "Utah, BYU football rivalry revived for 2017, 2018" (Tribune, July 9):
I am delighted to know that we will be spared for two years the hype and the acrimony associated with this recurring event of ritualized combat.
I only wish it could have been four years, or maybe even eight.
