4,173 graduating from Western Governors University

Western Governors University will hold summer commencement ceremonies at 9:45 a.m. Saturday at EnergySolutions Arena. The size of the graduating class is 4,173.

Brad Smith, general counsel and executive vice president of legal and corporate affairs for Microsoft, will be the commencement speaker. Student speakers are Kathleen Cadman, of Ogden; Diana Cardenas Rexroat, of Phoenix, Ariz.; Eric Cole of Bushkill, Pa.; and Alex Sandoval, of San Diego, Calif.

WGU is a private, nonprofit online college headquartered in Salt Lake City.
