Vote them out

I was outraged to read your front-page headline on immigration. ("Reform: House GOP in no hurry," Tribune, July 11). Are you kidding me? They haven't been in a hurry for the last 15 years, which is why we have this problem! And you are going to solve it how? By doing nothing. The current U.S. House GOP is the party of nothing.

We in Utah are the problem. Our three Republican members of Congress are stopping this. Despite urgent business and humanitarian needs, despite 74 percent of their Utah constituents favoring this solution, despite overwhelming business support, they do nothing.

Utah can solve this problem. Just stop voting for Reps. Rob Bishop, Jason Chaffetz and Chris Stewart. Oh, and I'm in no hurry to pay them, either.
