Utah Supreme Court rules for family of boy killed by bear • The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources in 2007 should have done more to warn the family of Sam Ives, 11, that a bear had been in the area of their campsite up American Fork Canyon earlier that day, the Utah Supreme Court ruled Friday. The bear drug Sam from his tent and killed him.
