• Rapper-actor Ludacris performs at this week's Twilight Concert Series show, at Pioneer Park, 300 West and 300 South, Salt Lake City. Opening act: TWO-9. Show starts at 7; gates open at 5. Tickets are $5, at the gate.

• Australian multi-instrumental musician Xavier Rudd performs at The Urban Lounge, 241 S. 500 East, Salt Lake City. Opening act: Nahko and Medicine for the People. Show starts at 8. Tickets are $22, at 24Tix.

• Rap group Nappy Roots performs at In the Venue, 219 S. 600 West, Salt Lake City. Opening acts: Pat Maine & A Goddamn Bear, The Tribe Of I, Scenic Byway. Show starts at 9. Tickets are $16.50, at Smith's Tix.
