A man robbed a US Bank branch in Taylorsville Friday afternoon, and police are looking for the public's help to find him.

The Unified Police Department said a red-haired man with sunglasses and a goatee walked into the bank at 4135 S. Redwood Road and handed a note to a teller that demanded cash. The employee complied, and the man ran out the bank's front door with an undisclosed amount of money. He was last seen running northeast toward 4100 South. No weapon was used during the robbery.

Police released surveillance photos of the suspect Friday afternoon hoping that someone will recognize him. He is described as a white man about 5-foot-7-inches tall. He was wearing a grey hoodie, blue jeans and a white baseball cap with white and silver stripes.

Anyone with information about the suspect should call Unified Police at 801-743-5950.
