South Salt Lake sponsors health fair on Thursday

The South Salt Lake Neighborhood Health Fair is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at 3605 S. 300 East, the site of the community's newest school, Utah International Charter School.

The fair will connect residents with health information and free screenings and services, as well as a bounce house for children and an interactive art project for all ages.

More than 25 organizations and agencies will provide critical services and educational information, including Community Health Center Inc., Disability Law Center, NAMI, South Salt Lake Police Athletics/Activities League (PAL), Children Service Society, South Salt Lake Farmer's Market, Help Me Grow, Salt Lake County Youth Services, Healthy Choice, Utah Health Clinics, Fourth Street Clinic, Friends for Sight, South Salt Lake Police Department and Neighborhood House.
