Fictional work?

I was interested to see that the University of Utah will offer a course to study the Book of Mormon as a work of literature (Tribune, Aug. 15). I hope that the instructor, David Bokovoy, will reference a book by Grant H. Palmer titled An Insider's View of Mormon Origins.

Much of literature is fictional, and the Book of Mormon is no exception. Palmer's book says it is a 19th-century plagiarized document.
