• Rebelution and Matisyahu co-headline a night of reggae at The Complex, 536 W. 100 South, Salt Lake City. Opening acts: Collie Buddz, Zion I. Show starts at 6:30. Tickets are $35, at Smith's Tix.

• Pop superstars fun. perform tonight at Saltair, 12408 W. Saltair Drive, Magna. Opening act: Tegan & Sara. Show starts at 8. Tickets are $40, at Smith's Tix or 24Tix.

• The X96 Big Ass Show happens Saturday at the Gallivan Center, 239 S. Main St., Salt Lake City. Bands on the bill: Panic! At The Disco, Ed Kowalczyk (of Live), The Airborne Toxic Event, Blue October, Capital Cities, Pepper, Family of the Year, The Dear Hunter, Brogan Kelby, Codi Jordan Band, Solarsuit. Show starts at 1 p.m.; gates open at noon. Tickets are $30, at Smith's Tix.

• Country-pop chanteuse Jewel performs Saturday at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheatre, 2250 Deer Valley Drive, Park City. Opening act: Lucy Wainwright Roche. Show starts at 7. Tickets, from $40 to $85, available at the Eccles Center website.

• Real Salt Lake plays host to the Columbus Crew in Major League Soccer action, Saturday at Rio Tinto Stadium, 9270 S. State St., Sandy. Game starts at 7:30. Tickets available at the Rio Tinto website.

• Punk-rock band Three Days Grace performs Saturday at The Depot, 400 W. South Temple, Salt Lake City. Opening act: Otherwise. Show starts at 9 p.m. Tickets are $26 in advance, $31 on the day of the show, at Smith's Tix.

• "Party blues" act Andy Frasco & The U.N. performs Saturday at The State Room, 638 S. State St., Salt Lake City. Show starts at 9 p.m. Tickets are $10, at the venue's website.
