Colorado State student wins free tuition for basketball shot

Fort Collins, Colo . • Colorado State University student Andrew Schneeweis won't have to take out any loans for this year's classes.
Schneeweis nailed a half-court shot during the university's pep rally Saturday to earn his tuition-free year.
According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan, CSU coaches Tom Hilbert, Larry Eustachy, Jim McElwain and Ryun Williams put up the money for the lucky shot.
