Westminster soccer goal keeper Logan Butzier was named the Frontier Conference Defensive Player of the Week, while on the women's side Jessica Harris took the offensive award with Jamie Wilkinson earning defensive honors.

Harris earned the weekly award behind the strength of her two goals in the Griffins 6-0 win over Jamestown (N.D.). It was the first two-goal game of her career. The 5-foot-8 defender from Kaysville notched both of her goals on corner kicks. This is her first player of the week honor.

Wilkinson went 1-1 last week and opened the season with a shutout victory over Jamestown. She then came up with a career-high 10 saves in a 1-0 loss to The Master's (Calif.). This is the third player of the week award for the 5-foot-8 junior from Kaysville, Utah.

Butzier claimed wins in his first two career starts last week. He began the week with a shutout of Jamestown (N.D.) by making three saves. The 5-foot-11 junior from Eagle, Idaho, then made one save in a 2-1 win over The Master's (Calif.). He finished the week with a 0.51 goals-against-average and a .800 save percentage. This is his first player of the week honor.
