The Utah-based law firm of Snow, Christensen & Martineau said Nathan A. Crane has joined the firm. He has experience with complex criminal defense and civil litigation cases in state and federal courts. In addition to criminal defense, Crane represents physicians in matters with the Department of Professional Licensing as well as peace officers with civil rights complaints. The firm also said David O. Seeley has joined Snow, Christensen as a shareholder and leader of its intellectual property practice group. He has more than 30 years experience in patent and other intellectual property litigation, procuring patents and trademarks and intellectual property licensing

Arches Health Plan, a nonprofit health insurance company and cooperative owned by its members, said Eric Sorenson has joined its executive team as chief information officer and chief information security officer. He brings more than 15 years of experience in health care technology and information security to Arches.

Richter7, a Salt Lake City-based advertising and public relations agency, has hired Liz Waddill as a billing manager. She brings experience as an accounting specialist and billing manager from another advertising agency. At Richter7, she will manage all billing processes, receivables and media reconciliations.

Brandon Radmall has purchased the Paul Davis Restoration franchise for northern Utah. The company restores residential, institutional and commercial properties. Radmall previously was general manager of Paul Davis Restoration in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

England Logistics' Jeremy Dailami has been elected to the International Refrigerated Transportation Association's board of directors for a three-year term. An IRTA selection committed nominated Dailami.

The law office of Prince Yeates is opening a new office in Heber City to better serve clients in Park City, Heber City and the rest of the Uintah Basin. Jared Moss has been hired as a shareholder and will divide his time with the Prince Yeates offices in Salt Lake City.

Profire Energy Inc., a Lindon-based technology company that manufactures, installs and services burner management systems and other combustion technologies for the oil and gas industry, has appointed Daren Shaw to its board of directors. Shaw is a managing director of investment banking at D.A. Davidson & Co.

The Salt Lake City-based law firm of Clyde Snow & Sessions said The Lebrecht Group has merged with the firm and that Brian A. Lebrecht will contribute his experience in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions to its operations.

Dunn Associates, a Salt Lake City-based engineering firm, said Jared Cope has joined its team as a professional engineer. He received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Utah State University in 2006, and became a professional engineer in 2011.

Maple Creek Home Health and Hospice, Spanish Fork, said its owner, administrator Carma Karsten has been chosen by the National Association for Home Care and Hospice and the Home Healthcare Nurses Association to represent Utah in the 2013 Nurse Recognition Program.

The international law firm of Dorsey & Whitney said Nolan S. Taylor has rejoined the firm's corporate practice in its Salt Lake City office as a partner. Taylor had been on leave from the firm on a mission in Oklahoma for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for the past three years, during which time he remained of counsel to the firm.
