This summery libation uses Absolut Peach vodka, DeKuypers Peach Schnapps, muddled strawberries and sugar, lemonade and splashes of soda and Sprite. "It's refreshing," says The Break owner James "Bam" Peck. "The girls love it." But it's not so sickeningly sweet that a beer-loving guy wouldn't order one up for himself. Say it loud and proud, men! "I'll have a Peachy Splash, please!"
