Re "Should Utah nix personal tax exemption to fund education?" (Tribune, Sept. 12):
Kudos to state Sen. Pat Jones!
This is the most logical and fair way to fund the schools. While you are at it, why don't you propose a bill to relieve some of the monetary pressure on people with fixed incomes, the elderly and the childless married couples.
We all know this will happen about the same time we get a state lottery.
